‘Kyrgyzstan can change its mind on US airbase’

The Kyrgyzstan government's decision to close a US airbase has upset Washington. However, Slavomir Horak, an expert on central Asian affairs at the Charles University in Prague, believes that President Kurmanbek Bakiev.
