Russian forces repel another attempt by Ukrainian troops to infiltrate the border region of Belgorod where two civilians were killed by shelling earlier this Saturday. Russians all across the country head to the polls to choose their next president as the turnout surpasses 50-percent, on the second of three days of voting. Among the regions taking part in the election is one of the country's most strategic southern cities - Sevastopol in Crimea, which reunited with Russia a decade ago. It's the second time locals there are voting for the president. Also preparing to vote, but on a vastly bigger scale - India outlines its general election plans, which will take 3 months, and consist of seven phases.
