Ecuador announces it will no longer negotiate with UK authorities over the fate of Wikileaks founder Julian Assange. However Ecuador's former president tells RT, he feels his country is obliged to protect him. It's feared an oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico that's been on-going for 14-years, could become the worst environmental disaster in American history.
