Gunmen storm parliament and open fire, causing multiple casualties - while a few miles south, a suicide bomber injures bystanders near the Mausoleum of Ayatollah Khomeini. ISIL says it's behind the attacks. Disturbing images appear to show an elite Iraqi military unit torturing civilians. Officials say they are investigating, but claim US support allows the unit to operate with impunity.
