The Dutch Safety Board confirms a surface to air missile downed Malasyia Airlines flight MH17 over Eastern Ukraine last year, killing all 298 people on board. It also stated Ukraine failed to close its airspace despite knowing the dangers. While a Russian defence manufacturer claims its own tests show the Boeing was shot down by an older decommissioned version of the BUK missile.
