Published 17 Jan, 2014 07:46 | Updated 5 Feb, 2014 04:36

With the Sochi Winter Olympic games beginning in less than a month, RT revisits the Olympic torch relay, the longest in Olympic history. The flame has passed through every one of Russia’s 83 regions and by the end will have been carried by 14,000 torch bearers. The iconic torch even burned underwater and went into space! Get the inside story from James Brown, RT’s very own torch bearer.
