“Medvedev’s interview shows Kremlin is ready to listen to opposition”

The fact that President Medvedev gave an interview to opposition newspaper Novaya Gazeta is more significant than what he actually said, suggests Tony Halpin, the Moscow bureau chief of The Times newspaper.
