Are graduation speeches the new social movement?

Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker criticized President Joe Biden during a commencement speech at a Catholic university. Butker, a devout Catholic himself, slammed Biden for his response to the coronavirus pandemic as well as his positions on issues such as abortion and radical gender ideology. Meanwhile, Biden is hemorrhaging the minority vote. He thinks the way to relate to his base on his comeback tour is pushing back a ban on menthol cigarettes, trying to legalize marijuana, and giving an HBCU commencement speech.
