Indian Foreign Minister Subramanyam Jaishankar is taking part in a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Moscow as part of an official visit to Russia. He is scheduled to take part in the XXVI session of the Intergovernmental Russian-Indian Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technical, and Cultural Cooperation. A meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is expected to cover bilateral issues.
