Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Belarusian counterpart, Vladimir Makei, are holding a joint press conference following the annual meeting of the Russian-Belarusian ministerial collegium in Moscow. The ministers were expected to discuss current issues of bilateral cooperation, as well as pressing international and regional issues. The talks take place amid tensions on the Poland-Belarus border, where migrants have set up a camp after failed attempts to cross into the EU.
