Russian ambassador to the UN speaks on Kosovo status

Russia’s ambassador to the UN, Vitaly Churkin, has praised the creativity and flexibility of Belgrade during negotiations on the final status of Kosovo. His comments come as Troika negotiators present their report on the talks to UN Secretary General Ban
