Russian managers have an image problem. Even domestic companies tend to hire foreigners, believing local talent is not up to scratch. But Teri Lindeberg, creator of Staffwell recruitment agency, has a different story to tell.

She explained in an interview with Business RT that the key to running business in Russia is having a strong finance team.
