After eight days of exhausting top-level talks, Iran and six world nations sign the outline of an agreement to allow Tehran to shake off Western sanctions in return for limiting its nuclear programme; Barack Obama hailed the Iran deal as making world safer - however U.S. Congress is threatening to prevent the agreement being implemented; A large-scale search is underway for 13 sailors still missing after a Russian trawler sank in the country's far east.
