New York City protesters resumed anti-police brutality demonstrations on Tuesday night, marching despite calls from the city’s mayor and police officials to halt their efforts after the killing of two officers Saturday in Brooklyn. RT’s Alexey Yaroshevsky is on the ground with more.

A Georgia family is nearly $1 million in debt after a SWAT team in May inadvertently threw a stun grenade into the crib of 19-month-old Bounkham Phonesavanh. The device severely burned the toddler and ripped a hole in his chest, but a grand jury declined to bring charges against the militarized police team. Jurors even went so far as to condemn the family while praising law enforcement, and authorities are also refusing to pay for medical expenses. RT’s Lindsay France has more.
