President Barack Obama is expected to nominate Ashton Carter as the next secretary of Defense. Although the Yale and Oxford alum may be replacing Chuck Hagel, one thing that he won’t replace is the US’ ineffectual foreign and military policy, according to former presidential candidate Ron Paul.
