Students at the University of California-Berkeley expressed their anger Wednesday night, protesting a move that will raise the cost attendance more than 25 percent over five years. While Janet Napolitano, the president of the University of California system, says the hike is necessary to ensure academic quality, some high-profile voices disagree. RT’s Ameera David has the details.
