Police have arrested 14 suspected members of a gang that terrorized a Moscow motorway with a string of murders. A possible violation of the law - if newly proposed legislation banning non-traditional names for children is passed. Deputies also think that the best way to support domestic food producers is to limit the amount of foreign goods in grocery stores to a maximum of 30%.
