More details are emerging about Michael Zehaf-Bibeau, the gunman who killed a Canadian soldier after opening fire at Ottawa’s National War Memorial and parliament building on Wednesday. Government officials are stating they believe the Quebec native acted alone, while friends of the shooter are telling the media he had a history of mental illness and frequently feared that the devil was chasing him.
